At check out your shipping will automatically be calculated. If your purchase is over $75 and your shipping address is within the US you will have the option for free standard USPS shipping which takes 3 - 5 business days.
Please note that local customs and taxes may occur on international orders. These fees are paid by the customer directly to your local customs authority or agency. Please check what the rules are in your county before ordering.
Given the recent rise in mail theft, we offer shipping insurance for no more than 2% the cost of each item sold. We know how important this purchase is to you so we highly recommend adding this option to your purchase. This covers full order replacement or refund of your payment due to loss of your package in transit or mail theft.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Thank you for buying from us! You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. Super quick and super easy.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Make sure it’s all just the way we sent it to you…meaning it’s unused, all hang tags attached, all parts included, and packaged just like new!
- Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our enquiry form on the site and include the following information;
- Full name
- Order Number
- What items are being returned
- Reason for return
- Kindly allow up to 36 hrs for your return to be approved.
- Send us the item using a label from us or via your own carrier of choice using a trackable method (e.g., USPS, FedEx). The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Note: We are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used!
- Once we’ve received and inspected your item, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
*If 30 days have passed since your purchase or your item has been used, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If the item is used we will reject the return/refund and will send the used item(s) back to you.
Items purchased in the last 30 days (of delivery date). The item must be in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging.
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Any item marked as final sale and any free or promotional items. Shipping insurance is non-refundable. International orders are a final sale. No returns are accepted.
Any defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item, free of charge. Email email@example.com with your name, order confirmation number, item you are exchanging, and the reason for the exchange. Once your request has been authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions via email. Please allow 5-10 days for processing once we have received the item to exchange.
